As a Battalion Chief with the San Antonio Fire Department, I’ve spent my career leading teams, making quick, informed decisions under pressure, and putting people first. Those same skills guide me in real estate—where trust, clear communication, and problem-solving are just as critical.
I’m also a real estate investor, and over the years I’ve bought, sold, and managed multiple properties in the San Antonio area. My experience as an investor exposed me to a common frustration—property management companies that charged hidden fees, allowed long vacancies, inflated repair costs, and communicated poorly. I knew I could do better, both for myself and for other property owners. That’s why I started Deason Realty Solutions and later launched 2nd Battalion Realty—to create a better experience for owners, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
